About The Suite:

Please no extra people!

  • YOU and YOUR relaxation are my priority. I am here to serve you, not to tend and make your guest feel comfortable.

  • Please ensure you check in with our digital IPAD in the waiting area. I will be notified that you have arrived!

Payment, Deposits & Refund Policies:

Cash, Valid debit & Credit cards.

  • There are NO REFUNDS. Please take the time to look at my work and decide if I am the lash artist for you. If you are not happy with the result, please allow me to fix it.

  • Deposits are NOT transferable to other services or fills. Securing your appointment secures the spot someone else could've taken. Please be mindful that time is very important in this industry. ONLY book your appointment when you are sure to come in!

Arriving Late, Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Must be 24 hours before your appointment or Cancellation Fee will be applied

  • On the email/text provided with the appointment will contain information on how you’re able to cancel or reschedule.

  • There is a 10-15 minute grace period before your appointment.

  • Any appointment canceled or rescheduled after 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for a 50% charge of the initial appointment value.

    Unfortunately, we cannot take clients more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. No-shows and late appointments will be responsible for 100% of the value of the scheduled services missed. 

No Call / No Show:

This is unacceptable, please commit to your scheduled appointment, or communicate with me if you’re unable to attend.

  • A no-call/no-show will be charged 100% of their service(s) booked.

Same-Day Appointments:

Please Instagram DM to book same-day appointments

CC Authorization/Credit Card on file

All clients must always have a current and active credit card on file or risk any future appointments being canceled without notice.

  • Credit Card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no-show appointment fees without notice.

  • Failure to have an active card on file will result in the cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.

Your appointment is very important, and your time is valued. As your service provider, I respectfully ask that you mutually value mine as well.

As with other establishments, my business is not able to make special exceptions to policies on an individual basis.

if you are unable to honor my policies that keep my business open and make the services I offer possible, I ask that you please refrain from scheduling.
