RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so on this website, or by sending us an email, any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 50% charge of service with the payment information on file.

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY

Missing your appointment without notifying Nuevavilla Aesthetics before your appointment time will result in a 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a newly booked appointment must be paid upon booking.

LATE POLICY

If a client is 15 minutes late there will be a $10 fee added to their scheduled appointment.

PAYMENT TERMS

Nuevavilla Aesthetics requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. Deposits are NOT transferable to other services or fills. Securing your appointment secures the spot someone else could've taken. Please be mindful that time is very important in this industry. ONLY book your appointment when you are sure to come in! The remaining balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Square (credit/debit). 

BOOKING POLICY

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made on this website.

In no event shall Nuevavilla Aesthetics be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold whether such liability is under contract. Nuevavilla Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold.
